Eclatech Solutions LLC ("Eclatech," "we," "us") runs eclatechusa.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email info@eclatech.us.

Information you give us

• Contact form. Your name, email, organization, phone number, interests, and message. The form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to our email so we can reply.
• AI Career Pathfinder. Your name, email, role, goals, and the answers you choose to share. These are emailed to us so we can prepare your learning plan.
• OER Builder accounts. Your name, email, a password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and the course content you create. This is stored in our database with our hosting provider.

Text you enter into our AI tools

Some of our free tools, including the OER Builder, Course Alignment Mapper, Future-Proof Course Designer, and QM Syllabus Audit Tool, send the text you enter to Google's Gemini service to generate results. Google's terms and privacy policy apply to that processing. Please do not enter student records, health information, or other personal or confidential information into any AI tool, including ours.

Information collected automatically

• Usage limits. To keep our free AI tools available to everyone, some tools record a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with the date to enforce daily limits.
• Cookies and browser storage. Tools that require sign-in use a session cookie to keep you logged in. Some tools and simulations save your progress in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device.
• Outside services. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from public content networks (jsDelivr and cdnjs). Like any website, these providers receive your IP address when your browser loads their files.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

We use the information you share to reply to you, plan and deliver training you request, provide the tools you use, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Children

Our site and tools are designed for educators, parents, professionals, and organizations. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, including closing an OER Builder account. Email info@eclatech.us and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
